Rockies Fans Upset Over Tulowitzki Trade, But Look Toward Arenado

DENVER (CBS4) - News emerged Monday night that Rockies' shortstop, and arguably the fans' favorite player, Troy Tulowitzki had been traded. It was later confirmed by the team on Tuesday that Tulowitzki was heading to the Toronto Blue Jays, a trade that Tulowitzki said he was surprised by.

The Rockies will receive shortstop Jose Reyes and right-handed pitchers Miguel Castro, Jeff Hoffman and Jesus Tinoco in the trade.

But fans can't seem to look past the loss of Tulo. Reactions across social media largely fall in the negative spectrum.

Many fans agreed, though, that Tulowitzki didn't have his heart in Denver. Instead, Rockies fans are looking at Nolan Arenado as the new face of the team.
