Resort In Vail Settles With 8 Mexican Workers For $1 Million

VAIL, Colo. (CBS4) - A Vail condominium complex and its management company will pay eight Mexican workers a $1 million settlement.

The settlement came after a manager at Vail Run Resort was accused of sexually harassing women and firing workers who complained.

The company also agreed to hire a monitor for five years to make sure the settlement is enforced.

They will also start printing their employee handbook in both English and Spanish.
