Report: Dick's Sporting Good Could Buy Out Sports Authority
DENVER (CBS4) - Troubled retailer Sports Authority and could end up selling its stores to Dick's Sporting Goods, according to Bloomberg Business.
Sources familiar with the situation told Bloomberg that's just one of several options being considered.
Sports Authority is closing three Denver metro area stores, including the Sports Castle in downtown Denver.
Bloomberg reports the company will likely file for bankruptcy any day.
