Report: Denver 13th Most Expensive City For Rent

DENVER (CBS4)- Denver is the thirteenth most expensive city for rent according to a new report.

The report from Zumper, a rental search engine, shows the median price for a one bedroom apartment is $1,300.

Zumper found the Golden Triangle is the most expensive neighborhood in Denver with the median price of a one bedroom apartment renting for more than $2,200.

The cheapest location is northwest Denver.

The most expensive median rent prices in the country include San Francisco, New York, Boston and San Jose.
