C.J. Anderson's Status Unknown After Knee Injury
ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - C.J. Anderson injured his knee on Monday night and despite the fact that he returned to action, he is now expected to miss several games or possibly longer, according to a report.
Chris Wesseling of NFL.com writes that a bone in the Broncos running back's knee is bruised and he is seeking a second opinion on how to treat it.
Gary Kubiak told reporters on Wednesday that Anderson missed practice and is out of town getting that medical opinion.
Kubiak says CJ is out of town getting a 2nd opinion. Was sore on Tuesday so trying to evaluate where he is. #4Broncos
