Rep. Pabon BAC .14 At Time Of Arrest

DENVER (CBS4)- State lawmaker Dan Pabon has released his blood alcohol content the night he was arrested for investigation of DUI.

Pabon, a Democrat representing northwest Denver, has released a statement that his BAC was .14 at the time of his arrest on Saint Patrick's Day. That's nearly twice the legal limit.

Pabon said he is prepared to accept the consequences. As a state lawmaker, Pabon has sponsored bills to toughen drunk driving laws.
