That's according to Apartment List, which reports that the average price of a two bedroom apartment in Boulder is $2,010.

Golden, Broomfield and Highlands Ranch round out the top four most expensive municipalities in the metro area for rent costs.

A two bedroom apartment in Colorado averaged $1,320 a month in December. Apartment List says rents are growing at a rate of nearly 4 percent.
