Prosecutors Seek Death Penalty Against Former Soldier

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – Prosecutors in El Paso County are seeking the death penalty for the first time in a decade.
Glen Law Galloway, 44, an ex-Fort Carson soldier, faces multiple counts of first-degree murder in attacks on his ex-girlfriend and a homeless man last year.

Janice Nam, 28 was found shot to death in in May. Marcus Anderson was also shot to death.
Galloway is expected back in court next Tuesday to decide the next steps in this case.
