Preliminary Hearings Delayed For Suspects In Murder Of Aspen Socialite

ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) - A judge has delayed the preliminary hearings for three people accused of murdering Aspen socialite Nancy Pfister.

The hearings for Nancy and William Styler and Kathy Carpenter were delayed at the request of the prosecutor.

An investigator for prosecution wasn't available this week.

Defense attorneys for former Castle Rock residents, the Stylers, also wanted the delay.

A preliminary hearing is used to determine if there is enough evidence for a trial.
