Staff Shortages Lead Poudre School District To Cancel Classes For Entire Thanksgiving Week

(CBS4) - A staff shortage has extended one Colorado school district's Thanksgiving break from two days to an entire week. The Poudre School District's teachers, staff and students will be off Nov. 22 to Nov. 26.

The district said Friday it simply doesn't have the staff to cover all of the day-off requests.

School meals will still be provided for students, and there are child care options.
