Possible Bomb Threat Evacuates Library In Jefferson County

WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (CBS4)- A possible bomb threat has forced officials to evacuate a branch of the Jefferson County library in Wheat Ridge.

Officers investigated the possible threat and suspicious device at 3227 Chase just after noon on Friday.

The building is a branch of the library that is also used as a senior resources building.

The Jeffco Bomb Squad arrived to investigate the device.
