Police: Teens Playing With Fireworks Started Brush Fire

BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4)- Police say two teens playing with fireworks started a brush fire in Brighton on Monday morning.

The fire broke out at 160th and the Interstate 76 interchange. It burned about one acre before fire crews were able to extinguish the blaze.

The two teens suffered minor burns in the fire.

Police say this serves as a reminder not to play with fireworks.
