Police Seek Suspect In New Year's Assault On Light Rail

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver police are searching for a man accused of aggravated assault on a light rail train on Jan. 1.

Police said the suspect -- wearing a grey button-up coat, a greenish-grey hat and khaki cargo short -- fled on foot. The victim was transported to the hospital.

The assault occurred at about 1:40 a.m. near 13th Avenue and Federal Boulevard.
