Police: Man Threatened To Burn Down FRCC Because He Didn't Get Accepted

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - Authorities say a man made threats to burn down Front Range Community College because he was upset because he was not going to be accepted into the school.

Police became aware of the threats from David Moscow last week. Officers arrested Moscow, 29, on Monday.

Investigators say they found an AR-15, a handgun, and hundreds of rounds of ammunition in Moscow's car.

Moscow has been charged with illegal possession of a high-capacity magazine. It's the first time the Larimer County district attorney has used the controversial law.
