Police: Man Shot To Death After Breaking Into Greeley Home
GREELEY, Colo. (AP) - Police are investigating after a man was shot to death for allegedly breaking into a west Greeley home and pulling a gun.
Two men who live in the home told officers who were investigating a trespassing report next door Wednesday morning that they were involved in a shootout with an intruder. The Greeley Bomb Team used a robot to probe the home and found the man's body in the basement.
His name and age have not been released.
Police are questioning the two men who reported the break in, as well as a woman who also was in the home.
No other information has been released.
