Police Investigate SUV Vs. RTD Bus Crash
DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver are investigating whether alcohol may have played a role in an SUV that rear-ended an RTD bus.
It happened just before 9:20 p.m. Wednesday at Colfax Avenue and Josephine.
Police said the RTD bus was stopped at the stop sign when the SUV rear-ended the bus.
The driver of the SUV was rushed to the hospital. Police are investigating whether that driver may have been drinking.
No one on board the bus at the time of the crash was injured.
Two lanes of Colfax were blocked during the crash investigation and cleanup.
