Police In Lyons Search For Woman Who Robbed Pharmacy
LYONS, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Lyons would like the public's help identifying a suspect in a pharmacy robbery.
According to police, a woman entered the St. Vrain Pharmacy located at 440 Main Street with a "large" handgun and committed the robbery just before 11 a.m. Monday.
The suspect is described as a white woman in her 30s with shoulder length blond hair. She was wearing a tan straw hat. She left in a dark blue pickup with a camper shell and was believed to be heading toward Allenspark on Highway 7.
Schools in the Lyons and Allenspark area were placed on lockdown until approximately 11:20 a.m. during the search for the suspect.
Anyone who recognizes the woman is asked to call police.
