Police: Driver Ran Stop Sign, Caused Deadly Collision
BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4)- Brighton police say a driver ran a stop sign on Friday morning which caused a deadly collision.
Copter4 flew over the scene in Weld County at County Roads 27 and 4 where the vehicles crashed.
The driver of the Dodge Durango collided with a sedan on Friday morning.
Police say Luis Alberto Archuleta Lopez, 32, ran the stop sign and collided with the sedan. Both vehicles went off the road.
Police say Lopez was not wearing a seat belt. The other driver suffered serious injuries.
