When officers arrived they found the suspect, still in costume, spray painting a city dumpster. Officers noticed he was wearing a "Tigger" costume.

The suspect, Timothy Heckler, 29, was arrested. Officers also recovered several cans of spray paint on the suspect who they dubbed "Tony the Tagger."
