Man Accused Of Stealing Unmarked Police Car Captured

DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver have arrested the man they believe stole an unmarked police cruiser and led police on a chase through several neighborhoods last month.

Police arrested Ravi Anthony Guerrero. Guerrero, 38, was arrested on charges including investigation of motor vehicle aggravated theft, second-degree assault and menacing with a deadly weapon.

It all started Aug. 28 when police responded to the scene of a hit-and-run near Dakota and Clay. When an officer got out of his vehicle to investigate, the suspect, now identified as Guerrero, jumped in and started driving.
