Police: 3 Young Males Responsible For Parking Lot Shooting

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - A man was seriously injured Monday morning after being shot in a parking lot in Aurora's Chambers Heights neighborhood.

The shot or shots were fired at approximately 5:38 a.m. outside a condo complex at East 13th Avenue and Sable Boulevard.

Police said three young Hispanic males approached the man and one of them wound up shooting him. Then they drove away in a dark-colored vehicle.

A family member took the victim to the hospital.

The victim's name hasn't been released.
