Photographers Get Ready, Closest Supermoon Since 1948 On The Way

DENVER (CBS4) - NASA says this month's full moon will be a showstopper and the biggest supermoon in a generation.

When the moon is full on November 14 it will be the closest to Earth that it has been since 1948. Because the moon will be at perigee, it will appear up to 14 percent bigger and 30 percent brighter.

Don't miss your chance to snap pictures because the moon won't come this close to Earth again until Nov. 25, 2034.
