Phony Broncos Ticket Sales Case Ends With Guilty Plea

DENVER (CBS4)- A man accused of selling phony Denver Broncos tickets has pleaded guilty.

William Campbell pleaded guilty to forgery stemming from an investigation last fall.

Campbell was arrested in Oct. 2013 when a Denver police officer purchased forged tickets from Campbell in an undercover operation. Two additional victims were later identified.

Campbell faces up to one year in the Colorado Department of Corrections when he is sentenced on April 3.
