Check Out Pelican Ponds Open Space In Adams County

ADAM COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- There's a new place for people who love the outdoors in Colorado. Adams County celebrated the grand opening of Pelican Ponds Open Space on Thursday.
The open space is located between 88th and 96th Avenues along the South Platte River.
The 200 acre property has been transformed from a former sand and gravel mining site.
