Pedestrian May Be Ticketed After Getting Hit By Car

DENVER (CBS4) - Police in Denver say a pedestrian who was hit by a car overnight may have been at fault.

The incident happened at approximately 3:15 a.m. on Wednesday. Police say a man was on Delgany Street crossing 15th on a red light.

A woman driving home from work had a green light, didn't see the man in time and hit him. Police said she was traveling at only about 15 mph.

EMTs took the man to the hospital with serious injuries.

Police say he may face a ticket.
