Pedestrian Struck & Killed By Truck In Denver

DENVER (CBS4) - A pedestrian was killed late Sunday night after a collision with a vehicle in Denver.

The fatal crash happened just before midnight at the intersection of Northfield Quebec Street and Sand Creek Drive, west of Interstate 270.

Police specified the crash was not a hit-and-run, as the driver stayed on the scene and cooperated.

Southbound lanes of Quebec were closed for some time during the investigation, but reopened to Monday morning traffic.
