Paramedics Issue Reminder After 2 Ambulances Crash In Denver

DENVER (CBS4) - There's a warning from paramedics after two ambulance crashes in one day on Friday.

One was hit while living a crash scene with two injured people, including a child. The other was hit at an intersection while responding to a stabbing.

"It is vital that the public pay attention and yield the right of way in the safest way possible. Medical emergencies are time sensitive and seconds and minutes count," Scott Bookman with the Denver Health Paramedic Division said.

There were no additional injuries because of the crashes, but paramedics say its crucial drivers pay attention.
