Outpatient Health Care Workers In Boulder County Encouraged To Take COVID Vaccine Notification Survey

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Boulder County leaders want to make sure all health care workers in the county receive the COVID-19 vaccine. They are asking outpatient health care workers providing care directly to patients to fill out a survey.
