Outdoor Retailer Evicted From Frisco Shop Amid Investigation

FRISCO, Colo. (CBS4) - The Summit County Sheriff's Department evicted outdoor retailer 123Mountain from its store in Frisco on Thursday.

Authorities in Summit and Jefferson counties are investigating dozens of complaints that 123Mountain cheated customers out of thousands of dollars.

All of the items taken from the Frisco store will likely be auctioned off, with the money used to help repay customers.
