Fort Collins City Council Reduces Punishment For Smoking In Old Town

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - The Fort Collins City Council is reducing the punishment for people caught smoking in Old Town.

It voted Wednesday to make a smoking violation a petty offense instead of a misdemeanor.

Those who are caught will still face a $500 fine, but do not face any jail time.
