Officer-Involved Shooting In Aurora Leaves Stabbing Suspect Injured

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - An officer-involved shooting in Aurora left a stabbing suspect injured on Saturday night.

Officers rushed to Kenton Street near 7th Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Saturday where two people were found with life-threatening injuries from a stabbing.

When officers arrived an altercation occurred and a suspect was shot by police. The suspect was rushed to the hospital with unknown injuries. No officers were injured.

The conditions of those injured in the stabbing are unknown. The identity of the officer who shot the suspect has not been released.
