Nuggets Express Sympathies To School Shooting Victims In Highlands Ranch

DENVER (CBS4) - The Denver Nuggets took a moment to reflect on the deadly school shooting in Highlands Ranch on Tuesday. The team faces the Portland Trail Blazers in Game 5 of the NBA Playoffs.

Trail Blazers' Enes Kanter also shared his sympathies.

Before the game, Nuggets Head Coach Michael Malone addressed the tragedy, saying he lives a few minutes from where the shooting happened. He says he texted his daughter saying she will be okay.

It's unclear which school his daughter attends.

Moments ago, Nuggets Head Coach Michael Malone addressed the school shooting in Highlands Ranch today. He says he lives about two minutes from the scene.
