Northglenn Police Arrest Suspect In Kidnapping, Sex Assault

NORTHGLENN, Colo. (CBS4) - Northglenn police have arrested a man they say kidnapped and sexually assaulted a woman on Saturday.

Officers arrested Kyotte Knobbe, 37, whom they say assaulted a woman he knew, then kidnapped her at knifepoint.

Officers responded to the area of 104th Avenue and Lincoln Street at approximately 10:50 a.m. after receiving a report of a missing adult woman.

A few hours later, the suspect returned to the area, and the victim was able to flee the his vehicle and locate officers still at the scene. The suspect fled the area but was later arrested in a parking lot at 120th Avenue and Interstate 25 at approximately 6:30 p.m.

Knobbe is being held in the Adams County Detention Facility.
