Northern Colorado Rallies To Beat Idaho State 79-96

GREELEY, Colo. (AP) — Cameron Michael scored 24 points, including a career-high 6 of 8 3-pointers, Jordan Wilson scored 17 with six assists, and Northern Colorado rallied to beat Idaho State 79-76 on Thursday.

Tevin Svihovec added 13 and Dominique Lee scored 12 with nine rebounds for the Bears (10-9, 5-3 Big Sky Conference).

Michael put the Bears up 24-21 with a jumper, and then Wilson hit a 3 for a 38-37 lead. Chris Hansen made a layup with 32 seconds left and the Bengals led 39-38 at halftime.

Svihovec hit 10-straight points and the Bears led 45-41 early in the second half, and then led 71-62 late on a layup by Dominique Lee. Geno Luzcando hit a jumper with seven seconds left to pull Idaho State within 77-76, but he fouled Michael, who hit two free throws to ice it.

Hansen led Idaho State (5-16, 2-7) with 22, Ajak Magot had 12, and Jeffrey Solarin added 10 points with 10 rebounds.
