No Criminal Charges In Black Forest Fire -- For Now

BLACK FOREST, Colo. (CBS4) - Investigators in El Paso County say there isn't enough evidence to file criminal charges right now in connection with the Black Forest Fire.

Two people died and the blazed burned nearly 500 homes last June.

The El Paso County sheriff and the district attorney say the case could be reopened if new evidence emerges.
