No Charges Against Homeowner Who Shot, Killed Intruder

DENVER (CBS4) - No charges will be filed against a homeowner who shot a man at his house.

Police say the homeowner told them he found Dwayne Kelly taking things from his home on Yates Street last month. He said he fired when Kelly charged at him.

The district attorney's office on Thursday said it can't disprove beyond a reasonable doubt the shooting was self-defense.
