New Scam Targets EZ Pass Users
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Jefferson County deputies have a warning about a scam targeting drivers.
The warning, which also has been posted on the E-470 website, says people are getting emails claiming to be from EZ Pass. The emails indicate the driver has an unpaid toll. The email has a link where people are supposed to pay the toll.
Authorities say to not open the link and delete the email immediately.
