New Mexico Accident On I-25 Kills 2 Pueblo Residents

SOCORRO, N.M. (AP) - New Mexico authorities say two Pueblo residents were killed Thursday when a southbound vehicle's driver lost control and it overturned in the median of Interstate 25 south of Socorro, N.M.

According to New Mexico State Police, 62-year-old Augustina Bojoquez Derivera and 59-year-old Severo Bojorquez were passengers in the vehicle driven by 67-year-old Efren Rivera-Aleman, also from Pueblo.

The driver was treated and released from a hospital after being treated for minor injuries.
