New Belgium Brewery Employees Vote To Sell Business

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) -- Employees at New Belgium Brewery have officially voted to sell their business. New Belgium was an employee-owned company based out of Fort Collins.
Tuesday, it approved the sale to a subsidiary of Japanese beverage company Kirin. The sale is set to close by the end of the year.
New Belgium has breweries in Fort Collins and Asheville, North Carolina.
