New Affordable Housing: Officials Break Ground On Capitol Square Apartments In Denver

DENVER (CBS4) -- Denver broke ground on 103 new affordable apartments in Capitol Hill on Monday. The Capitol Square Apartments will go up on 13th and Sherman.
The six-story building will offer one-and two bedroom units and includes a gym, a courtyard and 68 parking spots.
The apartments are income restricted for a single-household earning less than $55,000 per year.
