Nearly 4 Feet Of Snow Slams Mountains, More Coming For Christmas

DENVER (CBS4) - A storm system will pull away from Colorado today after dropping a heavy blanket of snow across the high country.

43 inches of snow fell at the Loveland Ski Area over 3 days, with 19 inches falling in just 24 hours.

If you like snow, then there's good news in the extended forecast.

A new winter storm will move into the mountains on Christmas Day.

Depending on the exact track, some of that snow could make it into Denver and the Front Range after sunset on Christmas night.
