N Line Delayed Over Final Design Approval

3660884DENVER (CBS4)- There is a delay that could impact riders of the N Line, which travels from downtown Denver to Thornton.

The new rail line will take riders on a 13-mile route from Union Station to Thornton. Eventually that line will stretch to Adams County.

It seems there is a failure to come to an agreement on a final design for the rail line.

RTD anticipated a 2018 opening but that has been pushed back.

Crews are working on a new project timeline.
