Music Teacher On Leave After Being Accused Of Giving Students Pot

LOUISVILLE, Colo. (CBS4) - A music teacher at Monarch High School is in on administrative leave after being arrested on marijuana charges.

Police arrested Brian DuFresne, 49, earlier this week.

A female student believed a classmate was high. She then recorded the student saying DuFresne gave him and another classmate pot edibles.

Police say DuFresne and one teenager also smoked a bowl of marijuana in the teacher's car.

DuFresne has been a teacher at Monarch for 16 years.
