Murder Trial Moved Out Of Eagle County, Delayed Until August

EAGLE, Colo. (CBS4)- The murder trial of a woman accused of killing her mother has been moved out of Eagle County and into Clear Creek County because of a shortage of jurors.

Traci Cunningham is accused of killing her mother Penelope Cunningham in Gypsum in 2013.

A judge decided to move the trial after only finding 36 people fit for the jury pool. Many jurors said they could not take off three weeks from work or had childcare issues during the scheduled trial.

The trial has been moved to Clear Creek County and is scheduled to begin in August.
