Murder Suspect Found, Arrested In California

GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4) - A man wanted for murder in Greeley has been arrested after he was located in California.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 800 block of 26th Avenue on July 26 and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.

The victim, identified as Jose Jaquez, 25, was taken to the hospital and was pronounced dead.

Police searched for Lee Arthur Scott, 25, of Evans in connection with the shooting. He was located in California.

Through their investigation, police determined another suspect was involved. Officers arrested Marcello Jose Rodriguez, Jr. of Greeley on first-degree murder charges.
