Three people were taken to the hospital after a crash in Aurora involving a car and a motorcycle and now East Smoky Hill Road and South Buckley Road are closed.

The crash was reported to police just before 1 p.m. The three people suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries, an Aurora police spokesman said.

By about 1:45 p.m., Buckley Road had reopened and then East Smoky Hill Road was also reopened by about 3 p.m.

By about 5:30 p.m., crash investigators say the motorcyclist made a left turn when they didn't have the right of way in front of the other vehicle. They're still working to determine if the motorcyclist will face any charges or citations.
