Nursing Assistant Accused Of Taking Morphine From Hospice Patient

WINDSOR, Colo. (CBS4)- A nursing assistant in Windsor has been accused of stealing painkillers from a patient.
Police say Erinn Smith took the morphine pills from a man in hospice care.
Smith, 31, was arrested at the victim's home after investigators say they found the pills in her backpack.
She also has been accused of having meth in her possession.
