More Marijuana Products Recalled Due To Banned Pesticides

DENVER (CBS4) - Two Denver marijuana growers are voluntarily recalling pot products because of possible pesticide contamination.

The affected products were sold by True Cannabis and Colorado Care Facility at five metro area locations.

Samples from the stores contained residues from three pesticides banned by Colorado. They were found in both marijuana plants and concentrates like wax, or hash oil.

Anyone who has the products should throw them out.

In September two dispensaries had to recall marijuana products for the same reason and one shop fired an employee for using unapproved pesticides.
