More LEGO Sculptures Added For Boo At The Zoo

DENVER (CBS4)- More LEGO sculptures are being installed at the Denver Zoo for the annual Halloween event Boo at the Zoo.

In August, large sculptures of LEGO animals joined the wild animals that live at the Denver Zoo.

Initially nearly three dozen LEGO brick sculptures were added as part of the "Nature Connects, Art With LEGO Bricks" exhibit at the zoo. Some were created especially for the Denver Zoo.

The five scary bats and the spider are part of the spooky-themed decorations that turn the zoo into the perfect place for safe family Halloween fun.

"Trick-or-treating in a safe, family-friendly place where you can see animals or see some great, really cool LEGO sculptures to fuel that imagination," said Denver Zoo spokesman Sean Anderson.

Boo at the Zoo begins this weekend and continues Halloween weekend.
