Neglected Horses Seized From Property Near Monument

EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- Deputies in El Paso County seized more than a half dozen horses from a property east of Monument.
The sheriff's office says the horses were neglected. They removed seven horses from the property.
Deputies also found three dead dogs on the property.
It is the second instance of animal cruelty deputies have investigated in recent weeks.
